WARRANTY COVERAGE:All Ambivella lighting products come with a 1-year warranty against electrical failures. This covers malfunctions of LEDs, bulbs, rope lights, SMDs, and smart switches etc.
Warranty does not cover:• Physical damage caused by dropping, burning, or other external factors.
• Wear and tear, including glue deterioration or material decay over extended use.
• In rare cases, Ambivella may consider warranty claims for issues like glue deterioration arising from regular use. We will assess such claims on a case-by-case basis.
RETURNS & REFUNDS:We understand that changing your mind can happen. However,
returns for a change of choice are not accepted.Products damaged during shipping:To claim a refund, return, or repair for damaged products:
• Film the unpacking process to clearly show the pre-existing damage.
• Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product to initiate the claim process.
The product under claim must be shipped back to us first to initiate any return, refund or exchange process.
REPAIR SERVICES:• If your product is outside the warranty period or the warranty is not applicable, we can still repair it for a fee. This fee covers repair charges and return shipping costs.
• If your product is under warranty, you will cover the shipping cost to send it to us. We will cover the return shipping cost after free repair or replacement.
GENERAL INFORMATION:Due to variations in suppliers, some products may have slight variations in model, wires, buttons, or materials compared to the images on our website. These variations will not affect the product's functionality. We recommend reviewing the product description and specifications carefully before making a purchase.
